Osceola County (May 12, 2021) On February 22, 2021, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) notified the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office of incidents involving child sexual exploitation materials. Detectives from the Internet Crime Organization for Children (ICAC) began investigating the incident.
On May 11, 2021, detectives from the Independent Commission Against Corruption provided a search warrant for the incident at 8411 Mel Road, Apartment 201, Kissimmee, Florida. The suspect is Nicholas Braxton Gittings (date of birth: 10/23/1996). Mr. Giddings cooperated with the investigation. According to the evidence obtained in this investigation, Mr. Giddings was charged with 10 counts of possession of photos/videos of sexual acts by children. Mr. Gittings was arrested and taken to Osceola County Prison with a security deposit of $25,000.00.
